Although we're closed on Friday, April 10th so our employees can celebrate the Easter Holiday, direct deposits will be posted normally.
Effective Tuesday, March 24th, we are temporarily reducing our hours to 7:15am - 4pm, M-F.

For the safety of our members, their families, staff and their families, the Credit Union will be closing our lobby on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 and will be drive-thru service only. We will be using drive-thru service until April 30, 2020 at which time we will re-evaluate and determine whether we are able to reopen our lobby.
At Utica Gas & Electric FCU, our top priority is always the safety and security of both our members and employees. We are committed to being responsive to your needs and will continue to monitor and implement the recommendations and best practices from the CDC.
While we do not anticipate a disruption in service, we are fortunate to provide tools and resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access through our mobile and online services. If you're unfamiliar with our online banking and mobile app, it allows you to do the following wherever you are:

* Transfer funds
* Pay loans
* Access account history
* View recent transactions
* Receive alerts for account activity
* Remote Check Deposit
* Bill Pay Service
Also, for those members who don't have a UGEFCU debit card and would like to order one, please call us at 315-733-1596.
At this point, we have taken additional steps to ensure cleanliness and sanitization in our lobby and at the drive-thru.
The Credit Union will also be available by telephone and email during regular business hours throughout this difficult time.

Two positions on Utica Gas & Electric FCU Board of Directors are up for election. The election will not be conducted by ballot unless nominees exceed vacancies. There will be no nominations from the floor at the annual meeting.
