COVID-19 Notice

May 18th, 2020

The credit union will be closed Monday, May 25th for Memorial Day.

 

Drive-Thru hours:  7:15am - 4pm, beginning 3/24/2020.  Lobby access limited to appointment only through at least 6/5/2020.

As COVID-19 impacts our world, we remain dedicated to serving your financial needs. If you have concerns about your account or loans, please reach out to us so we can help you.

 

 For the safety of our members, their families, staff and their families, the Credit Union will be closing our lobby on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 and will be drive-thru service only. We will be using drive-thru service until June 5, 2020 at which time we will re-evaluate and determine whether we are able to reopen our lobby.

 

At Utica Gas & Electric FCU, our top priority is always the safety and security of both our members and employees. We are committed to being responsive to your needs and will continue to monitor and implement the recommendations and best practices from the CDC.

 

We offer self-service banking and 24/7 account access through our mobile and online services. If you're unfamiliar with our online banking and mobile app, it allows you to do the following wherever you are:

 

* View account balances

* Transfer funds

* Pay loans

* Access account history

* View recent transactions

* Receive alerts for account activity

* Remote Check Deposit

* Bill Pay Service

 

Also, for those members who don't have a UGEFCU debit card and would like to order one, please call us at 315-733-1596.

 

At this point, we have taken additional steps to ensure cleanliness and sanitization in our building and at the drive-thru.

 

The Credit Union will also be available by telephone and email during regular business hours throughout this difficult time.

Our Mobile App has been updated and you may be required to update upon login.  Your options will depend on your phone and settings.  Before updating, please be sure you know your userid and password.  The functionality of the app will remain the same.  Please call us with any questions.

  • Set up on the computer so you can pay in home banking or mobile banking
  • The Bill Payment System - Access through ACCOUNT ACCESS
  • After you log in to ONLINE BANKING, hover over BILL PAYMENT and click on Enrollment Options
  • Follow the prompts to ENROLL
  • NEXT, hover over BILL PAYMENT and click on Pay Bills

  • 2 day hold on deposits

  • max amount = $3,000.00

  • cut off time = 2:45pm

  • must sign the back and add "For Mobile Deposit Only".
