We will never contact you directly asking you to click on a link or verify information such as your card number, your PIN, or CVV code on the back of your debit or credit card. If you're suspicious of a call or message, do not engage and contact UGEFCU directly.
Please contact the credit union if you believe you have been a victim of fraud.
Reminder - our mobile app will allow notifications sent to your phone anytime your debit and/or credit card is used for a purchase. You can also turn your card on/off.
