• The automated system will require you to explain why you are calling still - say "transactions"
• Follow the steps that occur after this and you will be able speak to a representative. 

We are we asking that you say "transactions" instead of "fraud"?  To ensure that your card remains active should the transactions listed be yours and are in fact not fraudulent.
